Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of nomissleads.com and to the services provided by NoMissLeads ("we", "us"), a business operated by Muhammad Awais. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. Our services are for businesses; by signing up you confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
Services
We design, set up and manage lead response and communication systems for businesses, which may include missed-call text-back, an AI virtual receptionist, instant replies to web and ad leads, online booking, follow-up messages, review requests and reporting. The exact scope, plan and price for each client are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Founding client offer
The first five businesses we accept as founding clients receive the Booked-Jobs System setup fee ($997) free. In return, the client agrees that we may publish an honest case study of their results. We never require, request or reward a positive review, and any case study or testimonial we publish will disclose that the client received free setup. We decide which businesses are accepted as founding clients.
Billing and cancellation
- Any setup fee is paid before we start building your system. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Your first monthly payment is charged on the day your system goes live. After that, plans are billed monthly in advance and continue month-to-month until cancelled. There is no long-term contract.
- You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Usage-based costs such as text messages, call minutes and carrier registration fees are billed at cost.
- Prices do not include any applicable taxes. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days of our notice, we may pause the service until it is.
Setup timing and third parties
Most systems go live within 7 to 14 days. Business text messaging in the US requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), and carriers sometimes take longer or ask for more information; we can't control their timelines. Our systems rely on third-party platforms such as phone carriers, messaging and AI providers, calendars and Google, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, including the details needed for carrier registration.
- Only have us contact people who have contacted your business or given the consent the law requires. Marketing text messages may only be sent to people who have given prior express written consent to receive them, and you confirm that any contact list you provide meets this standard.
- Review and approve the messages, scripts and emergency rules we set up, and tell us promptly about changes to your services, prices or availability.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including telemarketing, messaging, privacy and call-recording laws.
You agree to cover losses and costs we incur from claims caused by your content, your contact lists, or your breach of these responsibilities.
AI receptionist and call recording
Our AI virtual assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant and plays a recording notice at the start of calls. AI can make mistakes, so please review call summaries and contact customers when something needs your attention.
Not an emergency service. Our systems are not a substitute for 911 or emergency services. Safety guidance given to callers (for example, about gas leaks or electrical hazards) is general and based on rules you approve; callers in danger are told to contact emergency services.
Results
We work to increase the number of leads you answer and jobs you book, but results depend on many factors outside our control, such as call volume, pricing, competition and service quality. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs or amount of revenue. Figures in our cost calculator and examples are illustrative estimates.
Ownership
Your contacts, customer data, reviews and business phone numbers belong to you. When you leave, we will export your data on request and help you transfer (port) your business phone number where the carrier allows. The templates, workflows and methods we use to build systems remain ours, and you may use them while your plan is active.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and your customers' information confidential and use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end the service if fees remain unpaid, if the service is used unlawfully, or if continuing would put us, carriers or recipients at risk. Where possible, we will give notice first.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as stated in these terms, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect or consequential losses.
Disputes
If you have a concern, please email us first. Both sides agree to try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion for at least 30 days before taking any other action.
SMS Terms
Program: NoMissLeads and the businesses we serve send text messages to people who have contacted the business or opted in, about their inquiry, quote, appointment or service, and, only where the recipient has agreed, occasional offers.
Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Changes to your price will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance.
