NoMissLeads ("we", "us", "our") is a lead response agency operated by Muhammad Awais. We set up and manage call answering, text messaging, booking and follow-up systems for home service businesses. This policy explains what we collect through nomissleads.com and our services, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Two kinds of information
- Information about you as our prospect or client. For example, when you fill in our form, book a call or email us. For this information, we decide how it is used.
- Information about our clients' customers. When we run a system for a business, we process its customers' details (such as names, phone numbers, messages, call recordings and appointments) only on that business's behalf and under its instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business first; we will help them respond to your request.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, business name, phone, email, trade, approximate call volume and anything you write in our form or emails.
- Booking details: the time you choose and your answers to booking questions.
- Cost-calculator estimate: if you submit our form, the figures shown in the on-page calculator are included so we can prepare for your call. The calculator itself does not store anything until you submit.
- Technical data: when you visit, our hosting and security provider automatically processes data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Client systems (on clients' behalf): call recordings and transcripts from the AI receptionist, text and chat conversations, booking records and review requests.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, hold your call and provide our services.
- To send service messages such as booking confirmations, reminders and replies.
- To keep our website secure and working, and to improve our services.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, only as needed, and under confidentiality obligations. These include:
- website hosting and security (Cloudflare);
- web fonts (Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads fonts);
- form delivery (Web3Forms) and scheduling (Cal.com);
- video hosting (YouTube, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode);
- email hosting;
- our customer relationship, telephony, text messaging and AI voice platforms, used to run client systems.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site stores one small item in your browser's local storage to prevent duplicate form submissions. If you use the embedded booking calendar, Cal.com may set cookies needed for scheduling under its own privacy policy. Our demo videos load from YouTube only when you press play, using its privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may then set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request, appointment or service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Calls answered by AI
Calls to businesses that use our systems may be answered by an AI virtual assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Callers are told this at the start of the call. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are used only to serve the caller and are provided to the business they called.
Where information is processed
We work remotely, and our service providers operate in several countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Prospect information: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client account and billing records: for the length of the relationship, and afterwards as long as tax and legal rules require.
- Client systems data: for the length of the service; when a client leaves, we export it on request and delete it within 90 days unless the law requires otherwise.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on our accounts and access limited to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@nomissleads.com. Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as knowing what we collect and appealing a decision. We will verify and respond to requests within 45 days and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
